Are these items new?

Our inventory consists of premium liquidation merchandise. This includes brand-new overstock, open-box items, shelf pulls, and lightly used customer returns from major national retailers. Because of our strict 5-Point Inspection Guarantee, every single item is verified, sanitized, and clearly graded. You will always know exactly what condition the item is in before you buy.

Where do you get your inventory?

We partner directly with massive liquidation networks to source overstock and returned goods from the biggest premium retail brands in the country. We do the heavy lifting of buying by the truckload, sorting, and testing so you don't have to take the gamble.

How often do you get new items in stock?

New deals hit our shelves weekly! Because we deal in liquidation, our inventory is highly unique and constantly changing. If you see a premium brand you want, grab it—because once it’s gone, we can't guarantee when we will get another one.

Do you offer delivery, or is it local pickup only? 

We offer both! While local pickup is always welcome at our San Jose location, we also offer convenient delivery up to 40 miles from our warehouse. Delivery fees vary and are calculated based on the exact mileage to your location.

Do you offer delivery and how does scheduling work?

Yes! We offer convenient local delivery up to 40 miles from our warehouse (delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on your exact mileage). Next-day delivery is available! Your item will be delivered the day after your order is placed (a 24-hour turnaround) between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM. Need it a little later? You can easily schedule your preferred delivery date up to 4 days in advance during the checkout process.

How does local pickup work and when can I get my item?

We offer free local pickup at our San Jose warehouse! Once your order is placed, our team gets straight to work pulling and prepping your item. Your order will be ready for pickup just 3 hours after it is placed (during regular operating hours).

Do you offer warranties?

Because our items are liquidated at massive discounts, they generally do not carry the original manufacturer’s warranty. However, your peace of mind is our top priority. We offer a strict 48-Hour Guarantee on all purchases to ensure your item works exactly as promised.

Can I test the item before I pay?

To keep our warehouse running smoothly and minimize wait times for all our San Jose customers, we do not provide in-store power testing. However, you are always welcome to do a thorough visual inspection of your item and its contents when you pick it up! Once you take it home, you can plug it in and fully test it out under our 48-Hour Guarantee.

What is your return policy?

To keep our prices as low as possible for the community, sales are generally considered final. However, we stand behind our verification process. Once you take your item home, you have 48 hours to fully test it. If the item is not functional, not as described, or missing pieces, simply contact us and bring it back within that 48-hour window for a full refund or exchange. We are completely transparent about the condition of every item upfront, ensuring there are no surprises.
